1. We are Bride & Groom and are having a self planned wedding. Can we receive group rates?
Nice Ride Cabo is proud to say that we are experts in handling this kind of transfers. We are able to provide transportation for rehearsal dinners, dine arounds, transfers for ceremony, reception and other activities. We offer you the ability to have your guests contact us directly as part of your wedding group.
2. How will the driver know that my flight arrives earlier or if it is delayed?
We constantly monitor the flights for a confirmed landing time. If your flight is due in earlier or later than expected, our driver will meet you at the new, correct landing time.
3. How do I find the driver when I go out of the airport?
Our driver will hold a display with the Nice Ride Cabo logo to welcome you right outside the airport building.
4. For how long will the driver be waiting for me
Our driver will wait for 40 minutes from confirmed landing time. If no contact has been made with the passenger(s) by this time, we will put that reservation as “Not Showed”. The job will be cancelled and fully charged.
5. Our party will arrive at different flights, can the driver wait for us?
We can join two flights in the same private transfer if they land with a difference of maximum 15 minutes. Further waiting time will incur additional charges.
6. What service does Nice Ride Cabo Provide?
We provide airport transfer services to and from Hotels or Villas. We also pick up from surrounding areas and can do long or short distances.
7. What type of vehicles do you have?
We currently offer services in SUVs, VANs, Sprinters and Motor coach.
8. How do I get quote or make a booking?
To get a quote, use our quick quote system which can be found on the homepage at the top. Once you have entered the information required, your quote will be able to proceed with the booking.
9. What if my pick up address or destination is not listed?
We have included many Hotels and Villas in our database, however if yours is not listed, please write it in “additional information” and we’ll get back to you right away with the quotation.
10. How do I pay for my booking?
If you are using our quick quote and booking system, you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details, so please have these to hand.
We offer also the option to pay in cash, traveler or personal checks upon your arrival.
11. I have completed the booking form, what happens next?
You will receive an e-transfer coupon confirming your reservation with your travel information and instructions. Please bring it with you!
12. What are your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
13. Does my fare include a tip?
No, our rates include insurance, taxes and permit fees. Tipping is optional and suggested.
14. How much can I tip the driver?
We suggest between the 15 to 20%, but the final decision is yours.
15. Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No, we offer a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles.
16. If I book a private transfer, will I be sharing my car with anyone else?
No, this is a private transfer booked for yourself only.
17. I am traveling with a child, can you provide babyseats or child seats?
Of course! Just let us know during your reservation process and we can provide a seat.
18. Can I make booking for more than 8 passengers?
You can book for as many passengers as you like. Please e-mail us the details of the booking for a special quote suggesting you the vehicles you can book.
19. My driver is late, what do I do?
Please call to our call center and we will be able to locate the driver and tell you how long it will take him to pick you up.
20. What happens if my flight is cancelled
Please send us an e-mail of call our call center as soon as possible. As we monitor flight, we will be aware that your flight is cancelled and will not dispatch a driver. We will hold your booking with the new arrival information.
21. What happens if I miss my flight?
Please e-mail or call us as soon as possible. If you fail to inform us and the driver is dispatched, our terms and conditions will apply upon which you will incur a full “No Show” charge. If however you inform us prior to the dispatch of the driver, we will place your transfer order on hold, during where you will be able to re-book at no extra charge
22. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking in advance at no cost (48 hours before). If you cancel within 48 hours, you will not be liable for a refund.
23. Can you provide one way and round trip transfers?
Nice Ride Cabo is licensed to provide one way or round trip private and shuttle transfer services to any hotel, condo, villa, restaurant, golf course or activity in the Los Cabos and surrounding area.
24. Before we get to our hotel from the airport, we would like to go shopping groceries and other items, can you do that?
Yes, we can do that upon request in a private transfer. Surcharge is $25.00 USD for a maximum 1 hour stop at convenience store on the way from the airport to your hotel or villa.
